The alternation and symbiosis between concave and convex, depression and elevation.
The Rilevi collection, designed by Zaven, is the result of an elaborate design process that starts from a refined and virtuous combinatory work between two basic elements: a large ceramic slab and an overlaid three-dimensional "tile".

"Rilievi" is a design invention balanced between different historical moments; on one hand, the volumetric modules of the tiles draw inspiration from some expressive experiments conducted in Italy during the 1960s and 1970s, while the large-format slabs are the result of material and technological research that has reached absolute quality standards in recent times.
This project simply embodies perfection - a term which certainly sets the bar high in a description of a new product for launch on the market. But when an enlightened manufacturer is capable of encapsulating a designer's personal research in a product to be added to its range, the outcome is a perfect synthesis. A perfect synthesis between untrammelled creativity and market trends.
