Technical flooring for interiors

Technical flooring for interiors has been developed to meet the demands of contemporary design, such as flexibility and adaptability, without compromising the high technical and aesthetic qualities of porcelain stoneware. These solutions, installed completely dry, allow for changes in room layout, enabling quick maintenance and reuse.

These systems are ideally suited for executive and commercial environments where greater flexibility in space use and constant adaptation of technological and system solutions are required.

Internal technical flooring offers numerous advantages:

Technical flooring for interiors: the systems

Traditional raised floor

The traditional raised floor is a suspended flooring system where the walkable porcelain surface is not placed directly on the base, but on a metal structure composed of supports and crossbars.

loose-lay floor

The loose-lay floor was developed to renew the aesthetics of environments through the dry installation of a new ceramic floor directly on top of an existing flooring.

Raised loose-lay floor

The raised loose-lay floor represents the combination of the two previous solutions: it offers the maintenance practicality typical of traditional raised floors and, at the same time, the extreme application flexibility of the loose-lay system.

Technical flooring for exteriors

For outdoor applications, Florim offers a solution in thickened porcelain stoneware: slabs of colored fine porcelain stoneware with a thickness of 2 cm obtained from atomizing high-quality clays, quartz, and metal oxides pressed at 400 kg/cm2, fully sintered at a temperature of 1220 °C, and then squared using abrasive grinding systems.
