Set in the Brescia area, Casa Noal is a tangible example of sustainability and architectural innovation in the residential sector. Classified as an NZEB, Near Zero-Energy Building, this structure is the culmination of joint effort and the expertise of design professionals in the field who have chosen to prioritize the efficient use of natural resources while limiting the use of non-renewable energies.
The interior flooring of Casa Noal showcases the Sensi collection by Florim in Dust graphics, chosen for its aesthetic appeal and environmental consideration (90% natural raw materials and up to 41% recycled materials). Sensi indeed originates from a 100% sustainable production process, in terms of water consumption and self-production of electrical energy. In the basement, Sensi is laid in an 80x80 format, while on the ground floor the impressive 120x280 format has been chosen, giving the living spaces a sense of breadth and continuity.
