In the context of the recovery of a former production area of approximately 11,000 m2, the intervention includes the construction of three class A residential buildings, equipped with private gardens. The planimetric distribution of the volumes allows each housing unit to fully enjoy the relationship with the river landscape. In fact, the primary objective of the project is to maximize the surface area intended for greenery and each apartment enjoys a view onto the terrace and at least one tree, for a total of 120 trees on the facades.
Florim products were used for both internal and external spaces. The Buildtech/2.0 collection, in the 20mm thickness ideal for outdoor applications, was in fact used to create the floating flooring of the terraces. These stoneware surfaces guarantee the possibility of creating timeless projects by reinterpreting the vigorous neutrality of concrete. Industrial's concrete-effect surfaces were also chosen for the covered outdoor spaces, the stairwells and the bathrooms of some apartments. Made of fine porcelain stoneware, Industrial stands out for its vast range of products, effective and captivating in any architectural context.
