We also have a strong connection with the local community, expressed through initiatives promoted by the Ing. Giovanni Lucchese Foundation, the Health and Training Center, and events held at the Florim Gallery, such as the "Health Talks."
Ing. Giovanni Lucchese Foundation
Over thirty years after the untimely passing of Ing. Giovanni Lucchese, founder of what was then Floor Gres and is now Florim, his family, wishing to honor his memory, established the Foundation in his name. Since then, it has provided funding to organizations and associations dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable families in the ceramic district communities.

We value education, we reward commitment.
It has become a key event for the community. Every year, for over 30 years, we reward students from the "Alessandro Volta" Technical Institute of Sassuolo who graduate with top marks.
The award ceremony is held in collaboration with the Italian Ceramic Society of Bologna and features distinguished speakers who address current topics, engaging with an audience of curious and interested students.
Master at Florim
It is an innovative educational project that connects the academic path to the workplace. We have adopted a typical Northern European training approach to integrate young talents into the company. Classroom teaching moments are combined with hands-on training in various company departments.
Health and Training Center
At the heart of our Fiorano headquarters lies a center dedicated to training, research, and advanced medical simulation. This unique model, recognized by the American Heart Association, blends industrial and healthcare cultures, intertwining them for the benefit of our local community.
