BRH+ | Barbara Brondi & Marco Rainò
Barbara Brondi and Marco Rainò (Turin, 1970), architects and designers, are the founders of BRH+. The studio, active since 2002, focuses its work on both theoretical and practical research aimed at design, expressed through an experimental, critical, and curatorial commitment characterized by a methodological approach that deliberately converges distinct disciplines.
Their critical commitment to research design led them to conceive the IN Residence project, which over a decade has promoted and highlighted the best promises of the new generation of international design.
Matrice
In the Matrice collection, Brondi and Rainò investigate the different effects which can be achieved with the surfaces of ceramic materials, exploring their perceptive qualities and tactile variations, to build up a collection which takes concrete as its main inspiration and as a subject to be interpreted in accordance with original physical and aesthetic codes.
