This international award has been selecting excellent products for many years, demonstrating a clear vision of innovation while maintaining a high awareness of contemporary design.
Compatta is the perfect synthesis between the artisanal craftsmanship of beaten earth and the technological innovation that Florim has made available to the creativity of Federico Peri, recognized as one of the new significant names in design. The project revisits the ancient construction technique of Pisé, with the author expressing his personal interpretation by choosing natural shades.
Established in 1950, the Good Design Award is the oldest and most prestigious recognition awarded by the Chicago Athenaeum, dedicated to innovative products and projects that stand out for their identity, durability, performance, aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. Each year, it selects products and designers from over 55 nations, recognizing them for their achievements in creating products that leave a distinctive mark on contemporary design.
